Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy


At Maisonora Living, we are committed to quality and transparency. Below is our detailed policy regarding returns, refunds, and warranty coverage to ensure you understand your rights and obligations when purchasing from us.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: To qualify, the item must be unused, remain in its original packaging, and be in the exact condition in which it was delivered.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

2. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection. If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Processed within 5 days of receiving the return.

Online/Bank Payments: Processed within 15 days of receiving the return.

Note: The 20% restocking fee mentioned above will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Warranty Policy

Furniture Warranty
What is Covered: Our warranty covers technical structural damages, including broken wood, cracking, bed shaking/instability, and broken fixing tools.

Resolution: We will repair or replace the item subject to a technical inspection and evaluation of the damage or defect.

What is Not Covered: Fabric damage and intentional damage (including damage caused during moving or mishandling) are not covered.

Note: If a replacement or repair allows for a fabric change, additional charges will apply.

Mattress Warranty
What is Covered: Our warranty covers technical issues, including visible sagging, spring defects, and abnormal bending of the mattress.

Resolution: We will repair or replace the mattress subject to a technical inspection and evaluation.

What is Not Covered: The warranty excludes fabric damage and intentional damage (e.g., damage caused during moving or mishandling).

Note: If a replacement or repair allows for a fabric change, additional charges will apply.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

Documentation: Attach your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue via a video or an image.

Evaluation: Our team will guide you through the inspection process to determine eligibility for repair or replacement.
