Delivery Timeframes

  • Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Ul Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah: Standard delivery within 4 days.
  • Al Dhafra Region, Al Ain and Fujairah: Standard delivery within 1 to 2 weeks.

Standard Delivery Charges

  • Orders below AED 300: Delivery charge of AED 150 across all UAE regions (excluding Al Dhafra).
  • Orders of AED 300 and above: Free delivery in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Ul Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Al Dhafra Region (Western Regions): AED 500 delivery charge regardless of order value.

Express Delivery Charges

  • Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Ul Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah: AED 300 for 2-day delivery.
  • Al Ain and Fujairah: AED 300 for 4-day delivery.
  • Al Dhafra Region: AED 600 for all deliveries, whether standard or expedited.
